The training provides insight in the Best Value way of thinking, the process from preparation until execution including the ‘rules’ and responsibilities of all parties. Day 1 is a theoretical day on the philosophy ‘Information Measurement Theory’ and the process: ‘the Best Value Approach’. Day 2 is interactive and covers exercises based on our practical experience.
